Constructed in 1999 on Hebron Road in Jerusalem on behalf of its owners, this 161,000 square foot (15,000 square metres) mixed-use building contains offices and retail space. It is considered one of the most beautiful and unique commercial structures in the city.
The building includes specifically designed precast elements which add to its unique architectural character.
