On a 16-acre site in the Park Ridge neighbourhood, The Metrontario Group and Smart Centres Inc. are building a shopping centre of approximately 100,000 square feet (9,300 square metres).

To date, leases have been entered into with Home Outfitters, Boston Pizza and the Toronto-Dominion Bank.

Construction of this project commenced in the fall of of 2007.
