The OakPark community includes a shopping centre co-owned by Metrontario and Smart Centres Inc., anchored by Wal-Mart and a Loblaws Real Canadian Superstore.

Some of the other retail tenants include Payless Shoesource, a branch of the Royal Bank of Canada , Dairy Queen, Sport Mart, an LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) outlet, and The Source by Circuit City. A Keg Steakhouse & Bar is presently under construction.

An application has been submitted to the requisite authorities to permit expansion of the existing Wal-Mart store.
