This is the first office building on the main street of the OakPark community. The building contains 80,000 rentable square feet (7,400 square metres) with 60,000 square feet (5,600 square metres) allocated to office use and the remaining 20,000 square feet (1,800 square metres) on the ground floor primarily retail, each almost fully leased. The retail tenants include Hasty Market, Royal LePage commercial real estate, a dental office, a chiropractic clinic and GreyFriar's pub.

Phase 2 of this project will consist of a 100,000 square foot (9,300 square metres) combined office and retail building currently in design.

Commencement of construction of phase 2 is planned for the second half of 2008, with completion forecast for the end of 2009. Preliminary leasing will begin in the first half of 2008.
