The Parks is a rental apartment project located in the master planned Hunter's Creek community of Orlando. This premier project consists of a total of 560 units in 70 low-rise buildings, plus a clubhouse and recreation centre. The Parks was completed in 1999 and is managed for Metrontario by Riverstone Residential Group, one of America's largest property management companies.
